Comforting and motivating, this tea will give you all the nourishment you need on any day! Steep directly in a pot of milk to bring out the most of these spices!

3 grams of tea per 1 cup/8 oz. of boiling milk; stir and steep for 10 to 15 minutes.

3 grams of tea per 1 cup/8 oz. of boiling spring water; 2.5 minutes for first steeping, then 5 minutes for second steeping.
