England, 1830’s: infused tea from the Orient was an exotic luxury. Instead of using the oil of the Mandarin orange, a more affordable version was scented with bergamot, a citrus from Italy. The citrus scented tea was named after then British Prime Minister Lord Charles Grey. Our modern take on traditional Earl Grey tea takes all organic ingredients starting with black tea leaves, adding bergamot oil essence and dried orange peel to add more depth to the citrus undertones.

Make your own “London Fog” latte at home by steeping a strong cup (use 2 tea sachets), and add in your favorite milk and raw cane sugar to taste.

15 sachets per tin. Our tea sachets are made of unbleached filter paper, hand-tied with a string. No tags are used, which avoids use of adhesives and staples. STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS: steep for 5 - 7 minutes for depth of aroma. Our steeping times are longer because we use high quality tea leaves, which require extra steeping to fully open and release its full aromas. 3 grams per tea sachet.

In keeping with our low-to-no plastic initiative, each tea tin can be re-used and/or upcycled for a new use. The tea tin has a signed-lid for ease of use. The switch from the paper pulp box eliminates the need for an inner-poly lined bag. The tea sachets are kept equally as fresh and away from light and moisture safely in the tin. Store in a cupboard away from kitchen aromas, heat and light.
